BEFAAMD

Former employees experience a flash-back in the former candy factory ‘de Faam’, now empty and obsolete.

On a daily basis hunderds of peppermints, liqorice and other candy items came rolling down the conveyor belt for more than 100 years. All until it’s closing day, in January 2014. The factory had to close due to intensified competition, the high prices for raw materials and the outdated company building. For many employees this meant the end of an era.

In the winter of 2016-2017 I brought a couple of employees back to the empty factory. Back at their old workplace, they effortlessly slide back into their past.
